  • Diet pills are scams, they never work and usually have bad side effects
  • Eat an array of healthy, low fat and low calorie foods. ( do not starve yourself!
  • Exercise every day, jog, run, work on a home gym. ( or a Rec center gym?)
  • Consult your doctor or dietitian about a plan that fits you.
  • When you've had enough food- stop! :)
  • Be consistent!
