well, simply run on a treadmill for an hour at a pace of 25 mph. then throwup ( yes im serious ).lift 5 pound weights for half an hour while dancing. throwup again ( seriously ). practice some lunges, jumping jacks, push ups, sit ups, and back bends for another half hour. use the last hour to do some MAJOR dancing to your favorite songs.
* during the process, wear 3 extra shirts, 4 extra jackets, and do not eat or drink the whole time. also, when you throwup make sure you are continuously throwing up for a good 2 minutes each. *
