1) 100 pounds would be under weight for a 14 year old! 2) there is no(healthy) way to lose weight fast, it happens over time
Well, its the right size for a person your age. But i personaly think that you need to lose weight. Hands down :) when i was 14 i weighed 117 and im 5'3, your at a perfect weight right now honey :)

I would say if you are healthy if you stay about 100. Not that you weight is bad. 100 is very skinny.
at the age of 14 your average weight would have to be 130lbs-140lbs so you are a little overweight not that much. try to lose just a little weight not that much

There is no easy way, and you cannot lost it fast and stay healthy at the same time. The best thing to do is to have proper nutrition and exercise. Losing weight is accomplished by burning more calories than you take in.

well it all depends on your height, weight, age, diet and the excersize that you do. also any medical problems. if you work hard you should get there.
Go see a nutritionist. Get them to plan you out a healthy meal plan that will suit your needs, and exercise 30mins a day if possible. As you're still only 14, you may have some weight that will come off as you get older. Trust me :) You shouldn't be worried about losing weight at this age!
