Yes, you can lose weight eating only apples. A 3 or 4 day apple fast is done quite often and isn't unhealthy. Any longer than 3 or 4 days wouldn't be very wise as you won't be getting all the nutrients and calories you need. But if you are purely trying to lose weight than of course you can lose weight with only apples. You can lose weight with practically any food if you eat the same thing for 14 days. If you only had bread for 14 days you'd lose weight too because after the 3rd or 4th day you just wouldn't want to eat as much.
