Drink 10- 8 oz glasses of water a day. Increase your activity level. Even if you're not an active person you can at least get out there and power walk for an hour.

Cut almost all fat and carbs out of your diet. It's not healthy to keep it up for long but if I have a few pounds to lose to fit into those tight jeans on Friday night I eat nothing but green veg and broiled chicken breast (boneless and skinless)
