I have recently heard of a treatment called 'Laser Lipo'. It is a laser which is trained on your face, ten minutes twice aweek for four weeks and the fat just melts away. Each ten minute session costs £150, so expensive, but I am tempted to get it as I am so fed up with having a round fat face when the rest of my body is slim. :(
It's not fat, it's just that his cheeks are abnormally humungous. Quagmire hasn't got any fat, really. Unless that's where his fat goes, on his cheeks, but i doubt it.
