To lower the front easily you can heat up the spring in one central area (do not heat the whole spring) with a torch and the weight of the truck will slowly lower it. Once it starts to lower immediately take the torch away. If you want to lower the truck further repeat this procedure.
Unfortunately, there's no easy way to lower the rear end. You'd have to replace the whole entire leaf spring
