lift up the wiper arm and look under it near the base and there should be a little pull lever that should slide out away from wiper might take alittle prying it will also lock wiper up off of windshield then lift wiper off of stem and reposition the way u want lift wiper arm push lever in and release wiper arm
If its like the 1993 Lumina it's in the fuel tank.
