You can go to the abandoned subway station - two places to the left of Kerning City - if you are between level 25~30. It gives you about 18,000 EXP if you complete the whole thing.
Also do any valid event quests.
You can also lvl up fast by killing goems in the golem temple near Henesys. They spawn and gives you exp fast.
