5. Write letter.
6. Go to town hall.
7. Stand on the red mat.
8. Talk to pelly. [If it's night do the same thing even though there is a different pelican]
9. Select send letter.[Or send mail]
10. Your character will automatically give letter to pelly[or other pelican] and it will automatically be sent to the person[Or animal] you selected it to go to.

∙ 11y agobuy letters from nook and open your pockets click on the letter and select write a letter. write it and hit confirm.on the right side there's letter pockets drag an item from your pockets onto the letter then go to town hall and go to the right window and talk to the pelican select send a letter and drag the letter into the window that pops up and hit confirm.
