In the Safari or FireFox (and probably most) browsers when you are looking at the page you want to use as your home page open the General section of the Preferences (Usually found in the menu under the browser's name - top left). Click on the Set to Current Page button to make the current page your home page.

It depends on the computer. On a PC for Internet Explorer, you select the button that looks like a house in the top right corner on the lower toolbar and hit save current page as homepage. On a Mac, you select Preferences on the top bar and hit Hompage, or something. :) Sorry. I don't have a mac. On Google Chrome, you would hit the wrench in the right corner of the toolbar and hit Options and scroll down to homepage, and enter the Miniclip URL there.
If you have a PC, then just go to Google.com and click on the button that is on the top right of the screen. Click on it and it will come up with a window that asks if you want to use Google as your only homepage. Other homepage choices are available along with that. If you have a Mac you can add it by clicking on the button on the left of the page.
