Under Franchise mode, after the game is over, go to GAME RECAP, then EA Sports HIGHLIGHTS. It will give you an overview where you can view every play in the game, view them, create a highlight from certain angles, then save it. The only problem I have is loading them and viewing them where I can play it back in slow motion and zoom in and what not. Hope this helps!
