How do you make Powerpuff Girl belts?

Copy and Pasted directly from the Web... Use a regular white belt, cut a piece of 3 old plastic balls ( the ball was small and hallow in the inside ) to make the 3 round buttons at the left of the belt, and for the mini yellow or gold buttons I got them from a sawing kit. but you can just paint all the buttons in the belt. For the rectangular part of the belt ( the area that you put all the yellow buttons ) I used a plastic sheet (similar plastic used to make 1.5 / 2 litters soft-drink bottles) and cut it to shape. but you can use cardboard if you like, don't forget to measure the compact to make the holder. The compact that I used is small and has a transparent lid so after I paint it I could put a led light inside to make it Realistic.
