Actually, I recommend Metal Claw or Flash Cannon whats the point of Fighting and STEEL , I personally think Aura Sphere, Metal Claw, Bone Rush and Close Combat is good. Swords Dance would also be good doubling the attack stats or lucario. Aura Sphere for your basic fighting attack. Metal Claw for the Ghost types with levitate such as Genger and Mismagius. Bone Rush for electric types, I would say earthquake but it attack damage on all, even your TEAMMATE (if you have one) and Close Combat for a ultimate move. I also recommend having White Herb on Lucario. It'll help you alot when your using a move such as Close Combat. ....Obivously Aura Sphere, Dragon Pulse, Calm Mind, and Falsh cannon. Lucario gets stab from aura sphere and flash cannon. Make sure lucario ur lucario is a timid nature.

What moves should Palkia learn?
If you want to know what moves you should teach your Palkia, here's what I would do: Spacial Rend (Level 40) Surf (HM03) Ice Beam (TM13) Aura Sphere (Level 90)/Earth Power (Level 60) The last move is really up to you. Aura Sphere would allow Palkia to hit Normal, Ice, Dark, and Steel for super-effective damage. It also hits Rock Pokemon super-effectively, but Surf already takes care of them. Earth Power would allow Palkia to hit Electric, Poison, and Steel types for super-effective damage. It also would hit Rock and Fire types for super-effective damage, but Surf already takes care of them, too. I would personally go with Aura Sphere, but it really doesn't make that big of a difference. They both have the same base power, and while Earth Power has a 10% chance of lowering the target's Special Defense, Aura Sphere never misses. Aura Sphere also has greater PP than Earth Power. No matter what you do, don't go with Dragon Claw or Outrage over Spacial Rend, because Palkia has way better special attack than physical attack. Also, don't teach Palkia Earthquake over Earth Power or Aqua Tail over Surf for the same reasons. Focus Blast could be used instead of Aura Sphere if you prefer higher attack power, but the drop in accuracy is a real letdown. In my opinion, Aura Sphere is the better move. Hope this helped!
