Velveeta can be used in a variety of ways, but here is my favorite. Put cheese in a bowl, with diced jalapeno peppers, and diced tomatoes. Onions too, if you like. Microwave for one minute, then stir, and do it again until cheese is completely melted. Add browned ,ground sausage, and stir in the cheese. This is a delightful dip for any type of corn chips.
