Trace the image onto a clear piece of plastic with sharpie. If the piece of plastic is big, cut as close as you dare with a dremmel and use an emery board for the edges. DON'T cut on the inside, just color the blank spaces with black sharpie. Wait for the sharpie to dry so it doesn't bleed. Then spray it with gold glitter spray. You may want to put a black or blue background on it. Then glue a magnet onto the back. Put another magnet inside your shirt and viola-Katniss would be proud.
