first of all u need to have Microsoft PowerPoint presentation. then when u open it just click on the space where its written "click to add first slide". then a box will appear on the screen where u'll find many layouts. choose one that suits the information u are gonna insert. for example if u need to work on graphs choose the slide that allows u to work on graphs, or choose the text slide if u only have text. or u can mix and match to ur requirements.to create more than one slide press "ctrl" along with "m". after u finish inserting the information. u can also apply animations . to do this press "slide show" on the toolbar and click "slide transition" or "custom animatin". u can also go to "format" in the toolbar where u'll find many decoration options. if u want to insert charts go to "insert" on the toolbar .u'll find chart options there.when u finish press "F5" to view ur presentation.
