Start a new layer.
Make sure it's the lowest layer.
Select it.

Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Photoshop Elements, GIMP,
If i were you i would use a photo shopping program.. something like gimp or something like that to make your images transparent so you can add them onto other pictures , other ones you want to use as a layout background, then with gimp you can install new brushes and fonts so you can do pretty much anything with it. So i recommend gimp as a free one. (:
From what I can make of it, the Gimp Turtorials do no download with the GIMP program, but instead they prompt you to visit the website. In this tutorial it will teach you how to use the product.
try GIMP its free
To make a GIMP image your desktop background, open it in GIMP and be sure to save it as a common extension, such as yourfilenamehere.jpg or .gif or .png. If your image is already listed under one of these extensions, you can skip this step.Note: .xcf files are readable only by GIMP, so will not translate to a desktop image and can't be read by programs such as Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Internet Explorer or Windows Picture and Fax viewer.Go to your desktop and right click. Select Properties from the drop-down menu and go to Desktop. There will be a list of images, to the right of which is a "Browse" button. Click this button and locate your image. Once you have found it, select it and click OK.You can now either click "Apply" to apply your new background and see how it looks, keeping the Desktop dialogue open, or you can click OK and the background will apply, closing the desktop dialogue.I hope this has been helpful for you. =]
You find out!
There is no other way but just use the eraser to rub of the background you don't want, that's the only way. Another Answer: It is possible I would've thought. Obviously, it cannot be done within MS Paint but if you really want a white background you can use an Image editor such as Photoshop or GIMP to change it. Save your image in Paint, and open it in an image editor use the lasso tool in Photoshop or Scissor tool in GIMP and go around the picture and that erases the background. Save it and reopen it in MS Paint and the background should be white.
The center layer if you are talking about GIMP is the original layer and you delete the original layer and keep the background copy and it will add the layer. If you have any more ?'s about GIMP message me and I will help you.
Make sure the image is in RBG mode. Select pencil or brush. double click on the foreground/background color block. pick the color you want. Draw.
First you go to Gimp. You go to file and you press New. Yout make the size how ever you like. Then, you can put a picture on Gimp and use the text bow to type.
Download GIMP or photoshop. Download the template for the outfit and make the background transparent. Work on the PB garment until it is done, then, when you have three passes, buy an Arnica Workshop and upload the garment.
