First, go to the main menu and select forge. Then, go down and select map. After that, choose forge world, and then forge world again. Then, once the map is loaded up, start the game. When you're playng on the Forge World map, press up on the D-pad to switch to edit mode. Once you're in edit mode, press X to bring up a menu of different generes of things to choose from. When you're in the menu, go down to Structure (It's underneath scenery) and press A. After you've done that, another menu will come up with different types of strucual things. When you get to that menu, go down to Buildings and press A. Now you can choose wich building you want to spawn. If you don't like the building you spawned, press Y while looking at the object to delete it.
But if you mean spawn randomly when you're in, say, custom game, then you have to go to forge and spawn a building, and then press X while looking at the building to bring up a menu with different options of what you can do to the building. When you're in that menu, go down to spawn time an choose how many seconds you want to wait for that building to spawn. Once you've done that, go down to advnced and press A to bring up a menu of advanced things you can do to the object. Once you're in this menu, go down to the Place At Start option and switch it from true to false. Now you're done Yoyu can save your map and play on custom game with your randomly spawning building.
