∙ 14y agoYou tilt the shot glass slightly and gently pour the cream into the shot glass, allowing it to flow down the side. Since the Irish cream is less dense than the schnapps it will naturally stay on the top when poured carefully in this manner. This will give you the layered effect with the cream on top. Enjoy!
