I assume you mean a chest. Well, first you must craft a crafting table (4 wood planks filling up your inventory). Then place the crafting table down and right click on it. You now have a 3x3 crafting area. Place wood planks in all boxes except the center one. You now have a chest! You can make 2 chests and then place them down next to each other. This creates a large chest that holds more things.
