Unfortunately the Fruity Edition is limited in its editing ability when it comes to non-pattern audio. A way to accomplish this is within the Audio Clip tool itself: There are small knobs towards the bottom of the instrument window that can fade the volume (one for fade-in, one for fade-out).
As this is not very easy to sync with timing without a bunch of trial-and-error, I'd recommend using an automation clip. A good trick to improve automation precision is to (before recording the automation) slow your tempo way down.
Find FLEngine.DLL file. Copy and paste it to the root screen of the Fl Studio folder. (usually program files(x86), image-line, fl studio whatever number,) then paste it and open fl studio, and you have the producer edition. or better.
