The easiest way to complain is just flag the question/answer that needs work. There is a flag above the question, and that is what you click if the question, answer, or accompanying photo needs work. Or you can give the link to a supervisor. If a supervisor is responsible for the problem, then give the link to a community assistant. Or you can post the links you find offensive or in need of work to the vandalism discussion page.
