Sadly, no. You can only build up your credits, when you buy things. But; in order to get Nookingtons; you have to have some other player from another town to buy an item from either Nookway or Nookingtons. All I know is that there is not a code.

You cannot see Tom Nook come out of his shop in his PJ's. The only way you can is if you use the Japanese version.
