How do you make a geode?

To crack open a geode you have to take a masonry flat chisel, hold at top center of rock, then strike with hand-held sledge hammer, then rotate the rock a little bit to create a line around the circumference of the stone, last repeat, as necessary, until the rock splits open.

A cast iron pipe cutter works best. Geodes can also be sawn with a diamond blade, or as a last resort, score around the perimeter with a rock chisel, then give it a good hard tap to crack it open.

first, you crack an eggshell in half,put glue in the eggshell then put glitter in the eggshell,after that put it outside in the sun untill hard inside.

You can take a cloth and place it over the geode.Then you take a hammer and hit the top of the geode still under the cloth.Try that a few times.
