The simplest way would be to use a white bedsheet. Get a sheet as close to evenly square as possible (rather than a twin-sized sheet). Place the sheet over the person and mark where the eyes are. Cut out little circles in the sheet so the person can see through it. Then you could use a length of white fabric to wrap around the waist loosely if you wanted to. For the arms, you could either cut holes to place the arms through, or you could just allow the sheet to drape over the arms with no distinguished arm holes.
