Find 3 dragons, then through extensive and well-fought battle sever the heads off of two of them at the base of the neck. Remember to have two dump trucks full of ice to keep the severed heads (and necks) tissue alive, if this is not readily available you can seek cold climate dragons for greater ease. The third dragon must then be subdued (contact a wizard for effective assistance).

After subduing the third dragon make 1-1 1/2' incisions in the torso directly to either side of the prime head and attach the two heads in these places. Be aware that a great deal of knowledge will be needed to fuse the esophageal tubes and stimulate blood flow (the aforementioned wizard could help greatly, or preform a spell rendering surgery unnecessary).

Aloow the Dragon wo wake and you now have created a HYDRA!
