If you want people to be able to leave comments using a comment form, you're going to have to create a blog page. (Choose File > New Page> [Choose a theme] > Blog.) All Apple themes currently have a blog page. Blog pages also let you place a search bar and include a link for viewers to subscribe to an RSS Feed, which is automatically generated from your blog page.
There are some junky text boxes and stuff on the blog page that can't be erased completely, but you can erase the text inside, and make the box small, and then drag it off of the page to get rid of it. You can also link directly to a blog entry, so you don't even have to see the main blog page at all.
