When you go on the multiplayer menu, you either click XBOX LIVE or PlayStation Network depending on which console you have. then it comes up with a screen with you gamertag on the top right, this is the party screen. DONT find a game. Invite you friends to your party and once you have all you people find a game. In the pre-game lobby people in you party should appear blue.
