first you take the parrot costume from symplicity and then you use the lion hat off another simplicity pattern .when you make the hat you need to double the size of the top part of it and attach the horn ( made from a styrofoam cone covered in shinny white fabric) and the eye ( made from half a circle of styrofoam also covered in white with a black circle for the eye) and usuing 2 circles folded in half for the eyelids. I stuffed the hat to make it look like a head which attached to the rest of the costume and under the neck. I made the wings from a hanger and a pair of kneehigh nylons and had it so they snapped to the back when worn. Hands were covered in white gloves.any exposed skin was covered in purple face paint.

Now if your going to go all for it with the green body paint make sure its good quality as your going to be sitting around with this stuff on your for a while and dont want it to start getting itchy once its dried. Get a friend to help you and apply the green body paint to your entire body with makeup sponges once you have the rest of your costume on. She-hulk doesnt wear shoes in the comic but any black heels will do to make the outfit more feminine and sexy. Hope this helps :)
