Do you mean a "loop"?
I'd recommend you try womble mpeg video wizard. It only requires few steps.
First of all, import the video into the first track of the timeline;
then, copy the video clip and paste it on the same track of the timeline;
third action, right click on the track and choose "clear all gaps" from the menu to clear all the blanks between the clips;
In the end, you should click the red button in the right corner of the timeline toolbox to export the video as a new file.
After that, a loop video file created. OR.....
On a Mac:
If the movie is in a QuickTime friendly format use the Loop command from the View menu in the QuickTime player or press the Command Key (cmd) and L. Save your movie to save the looping.
To loop a YouTube video set the loop parameter to 1. (See links below)
