If you want to make a small demo boat you can do this: Take a water three water bottles for two of them cut off the bottoms. Tape them to the uncut one ( these will be used as buoys to prevent it from flipping). Take the cap off of the middle bottle. Make a small hole in the top of the bottle (middle bottle). Put a motor in the place where the cap would be put a propeller on the motor, tape around the motor so no water gets in. put the wires from the motor through the hole you made. Attach the solar cell (panel) to the wires. To keep the solar panel up blow up a very small (smaller the your fist). Put the balloon under the the solar panel tape into place. Put into the water on a sunny day or with a special light. And do not forget to kiss my bumbum
It is a boat that is powered by solar panels

You need to get a card board about the 6 in. by 5 in. or bigger. Then, get solar powered propellers glue the engine to the card board. Half of the propeller should bein the water and half should stick out. Also, the solar panels to the card board.
Human power, gasoline, solar, wind...
Depens on how many hours of sun it gets, on how much you want to drive it, and for how long/fast you want it to go. A solar powered speed boat - no. A solar powered commercial ferry - no. A solar powered dinghy for some casual fishing - sure.
To make a boat move by itself, you can use an engine or motor that propels it through water. This can be achieved through various means, such as an outboard motor, an inboard engine, or even solar-powered systems. Additionally, sails can harness wind energy to drive the boat forward. Automated systems or remote controls can also be employed to navigate the boat autonomously.
if you connect everything right yes. you should check out the solar powered taxi
