Basically, it's a bit hard to make a Stardoll magazine, but if you have a good graphics designer and a hardworking magazine team, it will be alot more easier. I'm making a magazine myself.
First off, you need to use i-dressup.com or roiworld.com for the hairstyles and body poses. If you don't have an account on either of them, make one. But I recommend i-dressup better, because the dolls itself has good graphics, and awesome hairstyles.
Second, choose some models and a first-issue ever Covergirl. Then you need writers, and grpahic designers. Third, and most importantly, you need Photoshop or Gimp or any other program like that so you can replace the doll's face with the CG's one, and do killer graphics.
Fourth, after you write the articles and everything, make sure you have Microsoft Publisher, or else use Photoshop and Paint. And lastly, advertise your magazine: on your blog, on your site, on facebook, whatever. And then, make a site for your mag. Then when you're done, post it in your StarBlog and send the link to the Stardoll staff!
