To create a Hero Chao, raise it using Sonic, Tails or Knuckles only and be sure to not mistreat it with these characters. When a Chao has reached its evolution stage it should become a Hero chao and unlock the Hero Garden if not unlocked already. An alternate way is to abuse the Chao with a Dark character, Shadow, Rouge or Eggman, but this will shorten your Chao's lifespan and decrease it's chance of reincarnation.

Reincarnate your at least Chao twice, then give the Chao one of each of the 21 animals in the game. Do not give your Chao Chaos Drives. Depending on which character you use you can make the Chao, Dark, Hero or Neutral. You can feed your Chao, too.
On sa2b can you make a chaos chao if your chao likes two people?
Yes, it can like as many people as it wants but pet it a lot with hero char. if you want an angel chaos chao and the opposite with if you want a dark chaos chao. or use both to make nuetal (light chaos chao)
