You will need : Wire cutter, .5mm copper wire, magnetic metal (e.g. Iron, nickel, ect.), 9v battery, Electric tape , Soldering iron, switch (If you get your hands on one, toggle switch) 1. Attach a part (to wind around the metal, leaving a bit hanging off) of the wire to the negative end of the 9v battery then wind it around the metal and secure to 9v battery using electric tape.
2. Attach some copper wire to the positive end and secure with electric tape. Solder to the switch.
3. Solder the other end of the negatively charged wire to the switch.
4. Flip on the switch and you've got yourself a 9 volt electro super magnet!
Happy to help!
Yes
Neodymium, alloyed with iron and boron.
No
A "Neodymium magnet." It is more commonly known as a "Super magnet."
You cannot make a magnet stick directly to aluminum because aluminum is not magnetic. However, you can make a magnet stick to aluminum by placing a magnetic material, such as iron, in between the magnet and the aluminum surface.
yes
by stroking it with another magnet :D
put a stick with a magnet
The earth is called a super magnet because of the force of gravity that attract everything to its surface.
To get a magnet.Magnets are available in nature. You can make a magnet by tying a piece of iron to a strong magnet for some time. You can also get a magnet by making an Electo-magnet or solenoid.
Because anything that has iron is attracted to magnet so whether its not fully an iron as long as it has iron in it, it can make the magnet move or attract it
To Make An Electo-Magnet you need to saughter 2 wires , A Battery And a switch to ther magnet , i dont really know i saw it on youtube...
