Yes, you can use the Reader to make a teaching evaluation, so is my school now. At first, make cards for survey according to the project you need, secondly, distribute them among the surveying group, when they finished, collect and put them to the Reader , it can take only a few of minutes to print the results . We are using OMR50FS Optical Mark Reader, it only takes 5 minutes to deal with 500 pieces of cards, I think that is a wonderful way for investigation.
