Most likely. Whenever I call a friend with a inverse camera, I look on my "more" button on my screen while on call and see a video call button. Maybe if they have one, they can see their more button and select video call and get connected. I'm not sure but you can try!
Make sure the videos are in a format that the Behold can read. Then connect you Behold to your computer via USB/Bluetooth. Copy your music to the Behold's memory card. To play them, on your Behold, go to "Applications", then "Files." In there you can select the video and play it.
At least by tango application.In this application it uses back camera for video calling which is not possible in Skype.
You can make a conference call with a Samsung Galaxy s3 by first downloading the program "Skype" and adding those that you wish to speak with to your address book. Then you will have the option to video call them.
The Samsung Behold II had an older version of Android OS on board (Android 1.6 OS) and had Samsung's TouchWiz interface, which it had mixed reviews on its usability. To run similar to the Nexus One, you would need to unlock and root the Behold II, and then flash a custom ROM that equals the Nexus One's Android 2.3.6 OS.
Yes you can make video call by Google Talk.
Yes you can| u jusft have to download skyp or whatever.... trust me I answered this question on my samsung moment}
I suggest you make a list of what you need in a phone. I suggest going to your local phone store and show them the list and see what they recommend. As nice as the Samsung behold may seem, it may not qualify under the type of phone you need. Each phone is different.
The Reason Why There Is No Video Call Is Clearly Because There Is No Camera In The Front. Apple Will Soon Make An iPhone That Does Soon! Hope This Helped :)
You can access it through wifi and make calls through an app. That would be the only way you can make a call.
click on the video call button, cmon, it's just common sense!
