First of all, I've never heard of having quadruplets on the sims 3.
Second, if you get both the father and mother fertility treatment using lifetime happiness points, you're likely to get twins or triplets.
You have to save up lifetime happiness and purchase fertility treatment and your Sim can have 2,3,or 4 babies of your lucky
You can have children and twins on Sims 3.
You can only have triplets.
You can only have triplets.
Your pets and Sims can have triplets but only if you have the lifetime reward "fertility treatment (for pets)" hope that helped!!! :)
No u can't
on sims 3 have the fertility treatment on both the sims and then while they are showing make them listen to kids music or you will end up with twins if you do it wrong on sims 2 you will have to get a hack
triplets
If you have 10000 lifetime happiness points, you can purchase the reward "fertility treatment" which increases the chance of twins or triplets.
You can only have one child. It sucks, I know. :(
There is no guaranteed way to have triplets on the Sims 3. Your best bet would be to have both parents get the "Fertility Treatment" in Lifetime Rewards. This give you more chance of having twins or triplets. There is a way to control the gender of your baby though. Eating 3 apples gives you more chance of having a boy, while eating 3 watermelons gives you more chance of having a girl.
If you keep on listening and watching kids shows and music while pregnant then twins and triplets are a lot more likely. But this still doesn't mean that you will have triplets:(
Unfortunately you can't have triplets on the Sims 2, although you can have twins using force twins.
