It depends on the type of armor you need: Body Armor: A thick jacket/coat, with many pockets to fill with flat, lightweight objects (such as plywood) Field Armor: (for cover): Large plywood sheets standing uprights with a flat base bolted to the sheet.
Paintball padding can be used to airsoft armor.
armor is sold you can make some by layering cardboard in duct tape, loose chlotheing also helps i like it better
All depends on 2 things: how much fps the airsoft gun has and how thick the armor is 200- fps wont feel like anything higher up 400-600 fps might feel like a bee sting or less depending on the thickness of the armor
I would highly recommend that you do not make your own airsoft pellets. They might jam and or brake your gun.
no. Airsoft guns could not possibly shoot that fast.

NO
yes, you can, but i'd strongly advise against it, unless you know what you're doing and/or have received training. badly made/fitted metal armor can cause serious injury, and possibly even death, imagine falling over and cutting open your jugular on a metal breastplate! ouch.
you can change the armor color if you make a custom map:)
AIRSOFT guns are not intended to fire anything but soft BBs- AIR SOFT.
