∙ 7y agoAltaria cannot be caught in Pokemon Diamond. To get Altaria you will need to evolve Swablu or migrate it from Pokemon Ruby, Sapphire, or Emerald to the Pal Park. Swablu can be found east of Route 211 using the Poke Radar.
