In Assassins Creed 2 Ezio is now equipped with dual hidden blades. Double assassinations are now possible.
If your talking about in the Assassins creed series, no where, there is no such thing as a "third" hidden blade, only in script modifications. If your talking about real hidden blades, just make one.

While fighting using "Right Trigger + X" to parry then attack (Xbox 360) will make you able to break their legs. There is no way to garuntee that will be the visual sequence used, but if you use the dagger (Short Blade) it increases your chances I believe. <--Assassins Creed 2
