wash it in silver water! You could polish it.
Its newer
I'm not sure what this stuff would be called chemically but they sell stuff here called 'Brasso' for cleaning up brass or copper things. You could use that to make an old penny look new. You just rub some of the stuff on it and it looks clean as new. I've also head of people putting them in coca-cola but i don't know if that works.
The British "New Penny" was first issued in 1971, along with the Two New Pence and the Half New Penny. From 1982, the "New" was dropped and the coin was known as the 'Penny" again. This is true for all British decimal coins, the word "New" no longer being used from 1982.
To make old pictures look new again, you can take them to a place that does photo restorations. They will be able to restore the photos so that they will look newer and nicer.
There were 240 old pennies in a British pound, whereas there are 100 new pence in a pound. Old pennies were much larger than new ones, more the size of a 50p. cw: Penny vs cent: A cent is 1/100 of the larger denomination.
Please post a new and separate question. Pennies and farthings are old British coins but they're different. One farthing was a quarter of a penny - the name comes from old English and roughly meant a "fourth of a thing" (!) OTOH a "penny farthing" is a variety of bicycle ... yes, you can look it up.
old scars tend to fade away and as you make new cuts they are more red and patchy.
Four cents.
A person can make old and dull vinyl shades new again by spraying them with furniture polish. This will remove the dust from the shades and allow them to shine.
If you leave a penny in a jar of coca- cola it will clean it shine it up pretty good. I tried this with a really old penny and left it there for a week it looked like new
The old look was okay; however, I really like the new look. It seems to make your house stand out. I think it would look even better if you had a patio set.
The penny was founded in 1909 :)
