to start herblore in Runescape you must first complete the 'Druidic Ritual' quest, this will make you lvl 3 in herblore and able to start making your first potions within the game.
To get a pet dragon you have to have 99 summoning. After you have 99 summon you get the "Dragon egg" and put it in the incabater. :) Dragons in runescape are difficult to kill. You need a strong level and especially, you need a anti fire shield. You can also use anti fire potions which need a high herblore level. Theere are many different types of dragon. Green dargons are the easiest and the easiest way to make money. (You make like 1 mill in about 3 hrs.) Baby dragons are also easier.
