You will need:

170g (6oz) plain flour

100g (4oz) margarine

50g (2oz) icing sugar

How to make it:

preheat oven to 180oc (350of).

beat margarine until soft.

beat sugar.

add flour.

mix well.

put on a floured board and roll out.

cut into shapes.

bake for 20 minutes. or until golden brown.

allow to cool.

use your imagination to decorate the biscuits!
