Something i don't recommend, but put brawl disc in your computer and extract everything. be sure to make copies of the files and use the copied ones. if you don't,you'll never play brawl on that disc again. Now that you extract everything. There will be billions of files. search in it for something that says peach on it. Make sure it says something like PEACHTEX instead of PEACHSMASH, because that would probably be her final smash, or her moves instead of actual textures.
Is toon Zelda in Super Smash Bros brawl?
Yes but no, while her textures and Final Smash are in the Brawl disc, Nintendo never completed her, so they took her out. Many hackers, (including me) are trying to take those textures and put them on regular Zelda as one of her costumes. There were other characters on the disc but they were taken out including Mewtwo, Paper and Docter Mario, Plusle & Minun and Dixie Kong
