eat crap
1/4 cu sugar
2 tsp salt
2 TBL dry milk
4 cups bread flour

1. Water or milk
2. Butter or margarine

6. Put yeast into the "well"
DO NOT MIX liquids and dry ingredients before adding the yeast. It needs to stay dry.
Breadmakers (more often called bread machines) automatically mix standard bread ingredients (flour, fat, leavening, liquid) into dough, knead the dough, warm the dough as it rises and then bakes the bread all in one self-contained countertop appliance. You place all the ingredients, individually or a commercial mix, in the non-stick bread pan and the bread machine will automatically mix, knead, proof and bake the loaf.

The breadmaker 6750 which I own is excellent. The deal is not which size bread machine do you have, but what size is your bread recipe. The pan is sized for both. The recipe book that came with the machine gave both recipes for each type of bread. dreamkeeper@hughes.net Mac Caruso
