add lots and lots of red and white until you have almost no trace of lilac paint left... or just throw it away and but some new pink.
You can get lilac two ways. One, you can mix red and blue to get violet and then lighten to the shade of lilac with white. You can also eliminate some of the mixing by purchasing a violet or purple paint and then working with it and the white.
To make neon pink with acrylic paint, mix a bright pink with a small amount of white to achieve a lighter shade. Then add a touch of fluorescent or neon pink paint to intensify the color and make it more vibrant. Experiment with the ratios to achieve the desired neon pink hue.
white,lilac,yellow,baby yellow,baby blue!
Lilac and pink
I think RED plus BLUE. But add more blue than red,and maybe some PINK.
Neon green will stand out so will a bright bright orange.
I would probably put a primer coat on first. A good primer is Kilz, which will also cover stains. It is worth the money to buy a good brand of primer since it will save you work and make your new paint look its best.
Pink and purple mixed together can create a shade of violet or lavender, depending on the proportions of pink to purple.
