My budgies LOVE tissue, they would hang upside down fron the cage when i leave tissue sticking out from the top of the cage and pull it down, chew on it and rip it up, take the pieces of tissue and dip it in water and leave it or dip it in water and chew on it. :P

Hi, My 10 month old male budgie has started screeching and shouting in the mornings, we usually let him out but however when he does come out he continues, first i thought that this was a phase and that he would grow out of it very soon but this has been going on for months now.
