1: ingredients are mixed together to create an almost carmel-colored mixture that is placed on a taffy puller(at this point, the mixture becomes lighter colored and more workable)

2: the mixture is then rolled into a jacket of red and white striped mixture and rolled out.

3: it is then heated, streched out, and cut into sticks. it is then shaped.
