ugh you have dry chapped lips too?? my are the worst!! believe me..i have had mine for over 4-5 months...best thing to do is go see a doc!! if they give you a medicine that don't work after 3-4 days then go again until your healed that's what i do
lip gloss it in hanses color and is nice but if you need them to heal fast and dont mind the stinging at first i suggest carmax it doesnt in hance color but is pretty bright- ope this helped and lip gloss is ok for both genders

A good way to stop chapped lips is to drink lots of water to keep them moist. Cold air usually dries them out and "chaps" your lips so if you wanted to go so far as keeping them warm by staying inside...that would work. And if your lips are already chapped, I'm sure you know this, chapstick is always an option! Hope this helps! :)
To prevent chapped lips you should use a good moisturizing lip balm and apply it before you go to sleep and throughout the day if you feel your lips are dry. You also shouldn't lick your lips if they are dry especially when the weather is cold as this will just dry your lips out and make the problem worse.
